💳 Ordering & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Buy now, pay later options may also be available at checkout depending on your location.

Q: Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t gone into production or shipping yet, we may be able to help. Email us ASAP at support@elevatedego.com and we’ll do our best.


📦 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Whether you're in Australia, the US, UK, or anywhere else, Elevated Ego comes to you.

Q: How long does shipping take?
Orders typically take 2–7 business days to process and 5–10 business days to deliver, depending on your location and the product. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.

Q: How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via email. You can also check your order status on our Track My Order page.


👕 Products & Sizing

Q: How do I know what size to order?
Each product has a detailed size guide on its page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a looser fit.

Q: Are your products unisex?
Most of our apparel is designed with a unisex fit unless stated otherwise. Please check the product description for specific details.

Q: Can I customize an item?
Right now, we don’t offer full custom orders—but stay tuned. We're always working on new ways to elevate your style.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What’s your return policy?
We accept returns for unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at Support@elevatedego.com to start the process.

Q: Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes! If the size isn’t right, email us and we’ll help you with an exchange. Just make sure the item is still in its original condition.


🛠️ Print-on-Demand & Production

Q: Why does my order take a few days to ship?
Each item is made to order just for you. This helps reduce waste and ensures you get a fresh, high-quality product every time.

Q: Will multiple items arrive together?
Sometimes! If items are printed in different locations (like shirts vs. hats), they may arrive in separate packages.
