1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the selected shipping method. Below are our typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-12 business days (Domestic orders)

  • Expedited Shipping: 4-7 business days (Domestic orders)

  • Express Shipping: 2-4  business days (Domestic orders)

  • International Shipping: Varies by destination; typically 7-14 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays.


2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped. Please make sure to double-check your shipping address when placing your order to avoid any delays.


3. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees, taxes, and duties may apply depending on your location and are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If your address is a P.O. Box, please provide a physical address to avoid delays in processing your order.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to follow your order’s journey through our shipping carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.


6. Shipping Issues & Delays

We strive to ensure your order arrives promptly and in perfect condition. However, in rare cases, delays or shipping issues may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs, etc.). 7. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or you suspect it is lost, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will work with you and our shipping carriers to resolve the issue. Please have your order number and details of the damage or issue available when contacting customer service.

9. Changing or Canceling an Order

Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed to ensure fast shipping. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order is in the processing or shipping stage, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.


10. Local Pickup

At this time, we do not offer local pickup options. All orders must be shipped to the provided delivery address.
